Mike Mulcahy
President, FBBA Board of Trustees

Mike  Mulcahy is a Partner and Director with Bridgeway Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment adviser based in Houston, Texas with over $3 billion in assets under management.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors and President of Bridgeway Funds, Inc. 

A 1986 summa cum laude graduate of Texas A & M with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and minor in Chemistry, Mr. Mulcahy also holds a MBA from the Harvard Business School. 

Mike and his wife, Eileen, have four children at FBBA, all of whom have attended our school since pre-kindergarten.  In addition to serving for six years on FBBA’s board, Mr. Mulcahy is also past-president and current member of the Second Mile Mission Center Board.







R. Scott Martin

Vice-President, FBBA Board of Trustees

Scott Martin is the Executive Managing Director for Granite Properties where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Houston office and focuses on growth initiatives.  Additionally, he is responsible for Granite’s Denver and Atlanta offices.

Mr. Martin has been in the real estate business since he graduated from Southern  Methodist University in 1982 with a degree in finance. He is the past President of NAIOP in Houston, as well as a member of ULI and numerous other real estate organizations. Scott also serves on the Advisory Board of Houston Christian High School and is an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church.

Scott and his wife, Kathy, have three children, two of whom are FBBA graduates, with the youngest a high school student at FBBA.







Craig Schaner

Treasurer, FBBA Board of Trustees

Mr. Schaner has served on the board for a total of six years.  He is the Chief Operating Officer at Lakeside Country Club and has a business degree from Michigan State University.  Mr. Schaner has over 25 years of operations management experience.  He is a former Regional Manager with Club Corporation of America and served as President of the Texas Club Managers Association. He and his wife, Angie, are active in the school community and have two children at FBBA.












Vicki Ikeler

Secretary, FBBA Board of Trustees

Vicki attended the University of Texas at Austin and University of Houston earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and History, and a Master in Education.  She taught for 30 years in the public school realm, the last 20 at Dulles High School in FBISD.  FBBA was blessed to have Mrs. Ikeler as our High School Counselor for five years.  She left FBBA to serve during the legislative session as President of the Texas School Counselors Association.  Most recently, Mrs. Ikeler worked on a contract basis for Houston Baptist University in the admissions and marketing areas.  She currently is in private practice assisting students and parents in the college admissions process and also teaches a college admissions prep course at Calvary Episcopal School.

Mrs. Ikeler’s son, Griffin, is an attorney; he and his wife, Rajul, live in the Houston area.









Royce Goodwine
Member, FBBA Board of Trustees

Since graduation from Texas A & M University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Royce Goodwine has been with Goodwine Financial Services.  He currently serves as president of the company.  Royce and his wife, Teresa, have three children who have attended FBBA since pre-kindergarten.  Teresa is very active in the Athletic Booster Club and Royce is heavily involved with FBBA’s baseball field parent maintenance program.












Charles Parker
Member, FBBA Board of Trustees

Mr. Parker Holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a MBA in Engineering Management from the University of Dallas. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and is currently an Engineering Manager at Weatherford International, as well as a TREC licensed real estate inspector.  Charles and his wife, Sandra, have three children – 2006 and 2010 graduates from FBBA, and a current FBBA high school student.  Mr. Parker has served on the FBBA Board of Trustees for seven years; he also enjoys working with the Friends of Fine Arts and directs the annual Eagle Revue All-School Talent Show to raise funds for the support of FBBA’s fine arts programs.










Jim Pratt

Member, FBBA Board of Trustees

Jim Pratt is Senior Vice President of Colliers International, a commercial real estate company in Houston, Texas. Jim received bachelor degrees in Environmental Design and in Building Construction from Texas A&M University. He is a 1989 graduate of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Houston, a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas, serves on the Advisory Board for The Entrepreneurship Institute, and is actively involved with the Houston Technology Center.  He and his wife, Dana, have two high school children at FBBA.












Becky Roth

Member, FBBA Board of Trustees

Becky Roth is serving her fourth year as a trustee on the board and has been an active volunteer for the school  since 2001, including serving as the Parent-Teacher Fellowship president in 2005-2006.  An alumna of Texas A & M University, Becky is married to Sugar Land homebuilder, Dan .  Two of their three daughters are graduates of TAMU; the youngest has been a student at FBBA since 2001 and is currently in high school.  Mrs. Roth is Director of Children's Ministry at Fishers of Men Lutheran Church.











Terry Sears

Member, FBBA Board of Trustees

Terry Sears is the managing partner of Sears & Bennett, LLP and has been practicing law since 1993.  Mr. Sears graduated cum laude from The University of Houston in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Houston Law Center in 1993. 
 
In addition to serving on the FBBA Board for the past four years, he is also on the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  He and his wife, Cherry, are very active in the community and have a high school daughter and middle school son attending FBBA.
